Is permanent makeup painful?

Permanent makeup is not completely painless but most people find the pain completely manageable. We do use numbing cream to dull the pain. Most people rate the pain about a 3 out of 10.

How long does it last?

Permanent makeup fades over time, the exact time depends on many different factors. typically PMU lasts about 2 years but depends on the color/shade, skin thickness, sun exposure etc.

Is permanent makeup safe?

Pmu is safe and the pigments used are specifically made for permanent makeup. although there may be side effects.

What is the permanent makeup aftercare?

After the procedure avoid sweating, long showers, sun exposure, tanning beds, swimming, hot tubs, gardening, oil based products and creams near the area. Keep the area hydrated with A&D ointment. Your PMU will start to peel, DO NOT pick at it. your will need to come back in 3 to 4 weeks for a touch up.

What are the side effects of Permanent makeup?

Allergic reactions, swelling, itching, bumps, pealing. color and shape may fade and fan out over time.
