Cancellation & no show policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours before yous scheduled appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment your appointment will not be refunded. If you no-show to your appointment your deposit will not be refunded. You may book another appointment after your no show appointment but will be required to pay another deposit. If you no-show to two appointments you will not be allowed to book again. if you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not let us know with enough time you may be required to pay an additional deposit.
Deposit information
We do require a deposit that is 30% of your cost of service upon booking. This deposit is taken off the price of your service. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason including cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.
Late fee
Our late fee is tacked on to the price of your service. This is a $10 fee that is added if the client is more then 10 minutes late, if the client is more then 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule. The deposit will NOT be refunded.
